Effective Date: 10 September 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Prime Terra Global Ventures uses cookies and similar technologies on primeterraglobal.com.

It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect personal data more generally.

1. About Us

This website is operated by:

Prime Terra Global Ventures

Email: info@primeterraglobal.com

Prime Terra Global Ventures operates an informational corporate website relating to its proprietary precious-metals trading activities.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small pieces of information that a website may place on or access from your browser or device.

Cookies and similar technologies can perform different functions, including remembering user choices, supporting website functionality and measuring how visitors use a website.

Some cookies are necessary for a website or requested functionality to operate. Others, such as analytics cookies, may require your consent before they are used, depending on applicable law.

3. How We Use Cookies

Our current website technology configuration is limited.

We use:

  • consent-related functionality to record or respect your cookie preferences; and
  • Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, for website analytics where permitted.

We do not currently use cookies or website tags for:

  • remarketing;
  • behavioural advertising;
  • personalized advertising;
  • Google Signals;
  • Google Analytics advertising features; or
  • social-media advertising pixels.

No other analytics or advertising tags are currently configured through Google Tag Manager.

If our use of cookies or tracking technologies changes, we will update this Cookie Policy and, where required, obtain an appropriate choice or consent before enabling new non-essential technologies.

4. Categories of Technologies We Use

Strictly Necessary and Consent-Management Technologies

Technologies that are necessary to operate the website or to remember and implement your privacy choices may operate without analytics consent where permitted by applicable law.

For example, when you make a cookie choice, our consent mechanism may retain information necessary to remember and apply that choice so that we do not repeatedly ask you for the same preference and so that analytics technologies can respond correctly to your selection.

These technologies are not used by us for advertising or behavioural profiling.

Analytics Cookies

With your consent where required, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our website.

Google Analytics helps us understand information such as:

  • how many visitors use the website;
  • website sessions and interactions;
  • pages and content viewed;
  • approximate geographic information;
  • browser and device information; and
  • general website usage patterns.

We use this information to measure website performance, understand usage trends and improve the website.

Analytics cookies are not strictly necessary for you to access the website.

Where applicable law requires prior consent, analytics storage remains disabled until you choose to allow analytics.

5. Current Analytics Cookie Inventory

Our currently identified Google Analytics cookies are:

CookieProviderCategoryPurposeDefault Duration
_gaGoogle AnalyticsAnalyticsDistinguishes users for website measurement and analyticsUp to 2 years
_ga_<container-id>Google AnalyticsAnalyticsPersists session state for Google AnalyticsUp to 2 years

The <container-id> portion of the second cookie varies according to the Google Analytics configuration used on the website.

Google Analytics cookies are first-party cookies placed in connection with our website. Their actual lifetime may be shorter because of browser restrictions, user settings, consent withdrawal or changes to our analytics configuration.

We do not currently use Google Analytics advertising cookies, Google Signals or remarketing functionality.

6. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure use of the website.

Google Analytics may process information including session statistics, approximate geographic information, browser and device information and website interactions.

When analytics storage is permitted, Google Analytics can store a client identifier in the _ga cookie to distinguish users and sessions.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage deployment of Google Analytics on the website.

Google Tag Manager is used as the tag-management mechanism for our confirmed analytics configuration. We do not currently use it to deploy advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking tags.

Google may process analytics information through its systems in accordance with its applicable terms and privacy practices.

For more information about our handling of analytics information and international processing, please see our Privacy Policy.

7. When We Ask for Consent

In countries or regions where applicable law requires prior consent for non-essential analytics technologies, we use a cookie consent mechanism before enabling Google Analytics analytics storage.

In those circumstances:

  • analytics is disabled by default before a valid choice;
  • you may accept analytics;
  • you may reject non-essential analytics;
  • rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the informational website;
  • you may change your choice later; and
  • withdrawing consent prevents subsequent analytics storage covered by that preference.

Simply continuing to browse the website is not treated as affirmative consent where affirmative consent is required.

8. Your Cookie Choices

Where the cookie consent mechanism is displayed, you can choose whether to permit non-essential analytics technologies.

Available choices may include:

Accept Analytics
Allows Google Analytics technologies covered by the analytics category to operate.

Reject Non-Essential Cookies
Keeps non-essential analytics technologies disabled.

Manage Preferences
Allows you to review or change your available cookie choices.

Strictly necessary functionality cannot generally be disabled through the consent mechanism where it is genuinely required to operate the requested website functionality or retain your privacy choices.

9. Changing or Withdrawing Your Consent

You may change your cookie preference after making an initial choice.

Use the Cookie Settings, Privacy Choices, or equivalent cookie-preference control made available on the website to reopen your preferences.

If you previously allowed analytics and later withdraw that permission, we will apply your updated preference to subsequent analytics activity covered by the consent mechanism.

Withdrawal does not retroactively invalidate processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

You may also clear cookies through your browser. Doing so may remove the stored record of your previous cookie choice, which can cause the website to request your preference again.

10. Browser Controls

Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies through browser settings.

Depending on your browser, you may be able to:

  • delete existing cookies;
  • block all cookies;
  • block third-party cookies;
  • control cookies for individual websites; or
  • configure when cookies are deleted.

Browser-level blocking may affect certain website functionality or cause privacy preferences stored in your browser to be lost.

Your browser controls operate separately from the cookie choices provided through our website.

11. Visitors from the European Economic Area

For visitors subject to applicable European cookie and tracking requirements, non-essential analytics technologies are not enabled until the required consent has been obtained.

You may refuse analytics without losing access to the informational content of the website and may subsequently withdraw or change your choice.

12. Visitors from the United Kingdom

For visitors subject to UK rules governing cookies and similar storage or access technologies, we obtain the required choice before enabling non-essential analytics technologies.

Analytics cookies are treated separately from technologies that are strictly necessary to provide requested website functionality.

You may reject analytics and later change or withdraw your preference.

13. Other Countries

Cookie and tracking requirements differ between jurisdictions.

Where applicable law requires consent or another specific control before a technology is used, we apply the relevant consent or choice mechanism.

In other circumstances, cookies and similar technologies are used subject to applicable privacy requirements and the controls described in this Cookie Policy.

14. No Advertising or Remarketing Cookies

Prime Terra Global Ventures does not currently use the website for behavioural advertising or remarketing.

We do not currently use:

  • Google Ads remarketing tags;
  • Google Signals;
  • Google Analytics advertising features;
  • Meta Pixel;
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag; or
  • other confirmed advertising or retargeting tags through Google Tag Manager.

If we introduce advertising, remarketing or similar technologies in the future, we will reassess the applicable consent and privacy requirements before deployment and update our disclosures accordingly.

15. Changes to Our Cookie Technologies

Our website technology may change over time.

Before introducing a new non-essential cookie, pixel, tag or similar tracking technology, we may assess:

  • its provider;
  • its purpose;
  • the information it collects or accesses;
  • its duration;
  • whether it is necessary or optional;
  • whether prior consent is required;
  • whether it involves advertising or cross-site tracking; and
  • whether our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy or consent mechanism needs to change.

Where required, new non-essential technologies will not be enabled until the applicable consent or preference requirements have been implemented.

16. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when:

  • our website technology changes;
  • new cookies or tracking technologies are introduced or removed;
  • our analytics configuration changes;
  • applicable legal requirements change; or
  • our consent-management practices change.

The current version will be published on our website with its effective date.

Material changes affecting technologies that require consent may also require an updated consent choice.
